I have (75) of an Atlas Electric Lighting 400 watt Bi-voltage 480/120 volt Standard Metal Halide 16 inch Acrylic reflector Hi-bay. This fixture uses M59 Metal Halide Bulb. These come complete with a mounting hook and used bulb. These are not NEC 2005 compliant. If you need them to be NEC 2005 compliant I can add a pink socket to restrict the bulb you can use to a protected open rated bulb. This adds around $13.00 per fixture.They are only $59.00 each complete with a used bulb and hook.
