If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us within 30 days of receipt. A standard return will be arranged excluding freight charges upon inspection. Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking cost were applicable, plus true freight cost to the clients location. Note: fixtures that have been installed are non returnable (no matter if the order) are custom fixtures, architectural fixtures and light poles are NON-returnable. (ie. any fixture or product has variations from the basic product configuration will be non returnable(adding emergency ballasts or other accessories))
Before returning product, call (888) 454-4480 for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA; also known as RPA or RMA). You may also submit an RGA Request online. No returns will be accepted by Warehouse Lighting or its vendors without this prior authorization. The RGA will provide return information including product return location(s). This may or may not be the original FOB point. Warehouse Lighting inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on products that are prior installed, damaged, misused or non-resalable.
