1. Introduction
Warehouse-Lighting.com LLC ("Warehouse Lighting," "we," "us") runs warehouse-lighting.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the Site, buy from us, call us, chat with us, or submit a form, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.
This policy applies to the Site, our checkout, our phone lines, our live chat, and our marketing emails. It applies to visitors in the United States. If you have questions, contact us using the details in Section 9.
2. Information we collect

| Business information | Your company name and related business details | You, and business data providers |
| Inferences | Interests or product preferences based on your activity | Created by us or our advertising partners |
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers, health data, or precise geolocation.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Process and deliver orders, send confirmations and invoices, and handle returns and warranty claims.
- Answer questions and quote requests by phone, chat, email, and form.
- Train staff and check service quality using call recordings.
- Send marketing emails to people who have subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- Understand how the Site is used and improve it.
- Measure and improve our advertising, and show you relevant ads on other sites, only where you have allowed this or have not opted out (Sections 4 and 6).
- Detect and prevent fraud, spam, and security threats.
- Comply with laws, respond to lawful requests, and protect our rights.
4. Cookies, pixels, and your choices
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tools to run the Site, understand how it is used, and measure and target advertising. We group them into four categories:
- Necessary: needed for the Site, cart, checkout, security, and forms to work (including Google reCAPTCHA on our forms). These cannot be turned off.
- Preferences: remember your settings.
- Analytics: help us understand how visitors use the Site.
- Marketing: measure and personalize advertising, identify visiting businesses, and track which ad or page led to a phone call.
Cookie banner. In states with consumer privacy laws, we show a cookie banner on your first visit. Analytics and marketing tools do not run until you click Accept or allow them under Preferences. If you click Reject, only necessary tools run. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie Preferences link in our footer.
Your Privacy Choices. Visitors anywhere in the United States can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising through the Your Privacy Choices link in our footer.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor the GPC signal. If your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and targeted advertising for that browser. There is no agreed standard for other "Do Not Track" signals, so we rely on GPC and your choices in the banner.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work properly if you block necessary cookies.
5. Who we share information with
We share personal information with the following types of companies, only as needed for the purposes in this policy:
- Service providers that run our store, checkout, and payments, and provide our forms, live chat, phone service, and email.
- Consent management providers that run our cookie banner and record your choices.
- Analytics providers that help us understand how the Site is used.
- Advertising partners that measure our ads and show you relevant ads on other websites.
- Business data providers that identify companies visiting the Site.
- Others when needed: shipping carriers, professional advisors, a buyer if our business is sold, and authorities when the law requires it.
6. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. However, when our advertising partners and business data providers collect information through our Site, some state laws may treat this as a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising."
The information involved can include identifiers (cookie IDs, IP address, and hashed email for signed-in customers), internet activity, commercial information, and inferences. We use it to measure and improve our ads and to show you relevant ads on other sites.
You can opt out at any time by:
- Clicking Reject on the cookie banner, or turning off marketing under Preferences.
- Using the Your Privacy Choices link in our footer.
- Turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
You can also manage ad personalization directly with the major platforms and industry groups: Google, Meta, Microsoft, the Digital Advertising Alliance, and the Network Advertising Initiative. These tools apply to the browser or account you use them in.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
7. Phone calls, chat, email, and forms
Phone calls. Calls to our phone numbers are recorded for quality and training. If you prefer not to be recorded, you can email us instead. Our call provider processes your phone number, the call time and length, the recording, and, if you allowed marketing cookies, which page or ad led to the call. If you have not allowed marketing cookies, the Site shows our standard phone number instead of a tracking number.
Live chat. When you use chat, your messages and any details you share are stored by our support provider so our team can help you.
Marketing email. We send marketing emails only to people who subscribe. Our emails may use tracking pixels and links to measure opens and clicks. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Forms. Our contact, quote, and distributor forms are run by a form provider and protected by Google reCAPTCHA. reCAPTCHA collects device and usage information to tell people from bots, under Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on your state, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we have about you, including a portable copy.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records we must keep for taxes or warranties).
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, targeted advertising, and profiling (Section 6).
- Not be discriminated against for using these rights. We will not deny service or charge different prices because you exercised them.
How to make a request. Email cs@warehouse-lighting.com or call toll-free 888-454-4480. For opt-outs, you can also use the Your Privacy Choices link or turn on GPC. We will confirm your request and respond within 45 days, or tell you if we need more time as the law allows. To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm details such as your email address and a recent order before we act on an access, correction, or deletion request.
Authorized agents. You can have an authorized agent make a request for you. We may ask the agent for proof of your written permission and ask you to confirm your identity with us.
Appeals. If we deny your request, you can appeal by emailing us with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond within the time your state law requires. If you are not satisfied with the result, you may contact your state attorney general.

In addition to the rights above, you have the right to know the categories of personal information we collected, its sources, our purposes, the categories of third parties we disclose it to, and the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you. You can also opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information using the Your Privacy Choices link, the cookie banner, or Global Privacy Control. We honor GPC as a valid opt-out request.

9. Retention, security, children, changes, and contact
How long we keep information. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. For example, we keep order and warranty records as long as needed for tax, accounting, and warranty obligations; call recordings, chat, and email conversations as long as useful for customer service and training; analytics data according to our analytics provider's retention settings; and marketing email information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
