There are many factors to consider when apartment lighting. The first is the type of lightbulb. Incandescent bulbs are cheaper but use more electricity. Compact fluorescent bulbs last longer and use less electricity, but they cost more upfront. The second factor is the placement of the light fixtures. Lights should be placed in directories so that there are no shadows in the room. The third factor is the intensity of the light. Too much light can be harsh, and too little light can make it difficult to see. The fourth factor is the color of the light. apartment-dwellers should avoid blue-hued lights, which can cause headaches and disrupt sleep patterns. The fifth factor is the wattage of the lightbulbs. Higher-wattage bulbs provide more light but use more electricity. Ultimately, apartment-dwellers should choose apartment lighting based on their budget and needs.
